Role Summary
In this position you will review early build production vehicles, scrutinizing for quality and design related issues, and supporting data-driven investigations to Identify and resolve problems.
Responsibilities
Support APQ Body Exterior and Launch Quality teams to identify and resolve issues in preparation for launches of R1T, R1S and RPV.
Audit vehicles for build processes and part quality, measure parts for assembly and mating relationships, collect data for trend analyses and keep critical eye for contributions to unintended performance.
Qualifications
Pursing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with completion of Junior year by May 2021
Analytical and critical thinking, logical approach to solving problems grounded in solid understanding of the physical world.
Microsoft Excel
Knowledge with Pivot tables on Excel
Knowledge of Exterior vehicle categories (Exterior parts, Bumper systems, Door systems and mechanisms, Exterior Lamps)
