Drive the qualification of current and next generation of fuse/contactor/HV-Distribution system reliability. Reliability is at the core of Electric Adventure Vehicles. As a Reliability Engineering Intern, you will play a key role in assuring unparalleled reliability for Rivian Products, through early identification and mitigation of reliability issues in the manufacturing process.
Take part in making a meaningful impact on the current and next generation designs in mechanical and structural systems by working closely with the design and validation teams.
Develop degradation characterization methods for mechanical components in Rivian products which will be used in component validation testing.
Design test plans for component validation testing and diagnose materials and mechanical issues that may arise through validation testing
Willingness to perform manual assembly work on test fixtures.
Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
