Role Summary

In this position you will design, develop and deploy embedded software for application and platform systems for Rivian Automotive’s second generation Self-Driving products.

 

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement software in an embedded environment
  • Work in high compute embedded platforms using multi-core/multi-thread paradigm
  • Provide solutions and software deliverables to support hardware bring-up, verification for automotive products
  • Experience with LIDAR/RADAR is a plus

Qualifications

  • Completion of your sophomore year by May 2021 in an accredited 4 year program for Engineering: Electrical or Computer Engineering are preferred
  • Programming in C/C++
  • Microprocessors
  • High performance processors and platforms like ARM, DSP, FPGA
  • Real-time operating systems like QNX
  • Scripting languages like Python
