Review transfer pricing documentation reports and country-by-country report
Implement and monitor global transfer pricing policies
Review calculations for intercompany transactions such as license of intangibles, purchase of tangible products, management fee allocation, and various services transactions
Draft, review, and maintain intercompany agreements
Assist with transfer pricing planning to support Rivian's new business initiatives
Review transfer pricing related deliverables to support quarterly and year-end tax provision and compliance requirements
Partner with various stakeholders across the business and external advisors in managing global transfer pricing matters
Master's degree in accounting or Economics or MBA. CPA preferred.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience
Public company multi-national corporation experience and/ or Public accounting firm experience (i.e. Big 4)
Technical experience in transfer pricing and knowledge of US and OECD transfer pricing regulations
Experience in planning, implementing, and managing inter-company transactions
Experience with international tax issues
Commitment to continuous improvement
Ability to develop and motivate team members
Excellent analytical skills; detail oriented
Highly effective communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently while successfully delivering results
Acts with a sense of urgency
