Role Summary

In this position you will be a quality systems analyst for Build In Quality at the Plant in Normal, IL. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine Quality Time and Data Management reporting for the Normal manufacturing process (from incoming quality to ship).
  • Develop tracking of the issues and actions that come out of the Time and Data Management process and ensure follow-up by owners.
  • Develop checklist sheets and training aids to help team members understand how to execute these processes
  • Issue management and documentation for the Quality Management System at Normal

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
  • Proficient in Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
  • Problem solving experience
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills
