In this position you will highlight Quality risk stations for any given period of time that Group Leaders and other Operations Teams can utilize to help prepare containments and true-to-focus training plans and activity as well as optimize my resources toward best effort.
Develop means to track “in-station” defects to supplement “end of line” defect reduction activity.
Quantify and track internal repair types and gain data-based information
Enter in operator skill level as a predictive measure for how often we could expect a repair
Assist with entering data for high-defect flow stations, strategic locations for focused resource placement or other containment methods, Skill-set deficiencies ahead of flow-out incidents, Training and resource allotment plans tailored to containment of Quality concerns in respective areas.
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in an Engineering Discipline
Proficiency skillset: Tableau, Excel, Microsoft Office and various cloud-based applications, CAD
Portray adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
