Role Summary
In this position you will be a part of the Retail, Ownership, & Customer Service team working to understand our customer audiences, their behaviors, context(s) and motivations - across all phases of the customer lifecycle and user journey.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and challenge KPIs used to measure the impact of our customer interactions, debate the business requirements and experiential standards designed to measure and drive consistency across digital and physical customer touchpoints.
- Leverage Strategy team research and Brand guidelines to help the team define customer experience strategies and to define lifecycles for updates and refresh of experiences.
- Ideate new experiences and touchpoints, test concepts as they are being developed, evaluate (contributing to quality control and audit functions) executions once they’ve rolled out, and continually iterate on them for ongoing improvement.
- Support other functions of the Customer Experience org including: Customer Service, Owner Engagement, Training, and Retail.
Qualifications
- Pursuing an MBA from an accredited college or university, graduating in Spring 2022
- Experience in Business Operations, Retail Operations, Corporate Strategy, or Corporate Development (preferred)
- Interested in Energy, Mobility and Sustainability
- Leadership and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in independently in challenging environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with financial modeling and accounting (preferred)
- Strong presentation skills; comfortable delivering information to an executive audience
- Proficient with MS PowerPoint (required)
- Proficient with MS Excel (required)
