This is what you’ll do:
- Design, build and launch Pilot Manufacturing Lines for Body Assembly, General Assembly, Drive Unit Assembly and Battery Assembly - Responsible for running Plot builds to support Product validation and manufacturability validation - Track engineering design and manufacturing processes changes to guarantee proper execution - Development for pilot build equipment and processes that align with production process - Supports planning, control, training, coordination, and technical support on Pilot build - Oversee the production and manufacturing of new products - Use root cause analysis to solve complex manufacturing and quality issues encompassing multiple variables.

- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field - Demonstrated technical depth in Manufacturing Engineering - Strong communication skills - Technical expertise in either Process development or Equipment design. - In depth knowledge of manufacturing environment and processes
