Lead the design, build and launch Pilot Manufacturing Lines for Body Assembly, General Assembly, Drive Unit Assembly and Battery Assembly
Responsible for running Plot builds to support Product validation and manufacturability validation
Track engineering design and manufacturing processes changes to guarantee proper execution
Development for pilot build equipment and processes that align with production process
Supports planning, control, training, coordination, and technical support on Pilot build
Oversee the production and manufacturing of new products
Use root cause analysis to solve complex manufacturing and quality issues encompassing multiple variables.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
Demonstrated technical depth in Manufacturing Engineering
Strong communication skills
Technical expertise in either Process development or Equipment design.
In depth knowledge of manufacturing environment and processes
