We are an interdisciplinary group of psychiatry and psychology providers, supportive operational staff and contributors who focus on delivering accessible, reliable, and quality evidence-based holistic treatment. We primarily see adult patients and deliver diverse services, including psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and specialty offerings. Job Summary

The Nurse Practitioner provides clinical Psychotherapy and Psychopharmacology services to patients through a primarily tele-health environment. Our practice leverages clinical experience and a diverse knowledge base to provide quality care and reliable service. This individual will utilize their expertise in Psychotherapy modalities and collaborate within a dynamic interdisciplinary team to foster continued learning and growth. This is a full-time, 30-40 hours a week W-2 position. (Candidate decides hourly commitment)

Job Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop curated patient centered treatment plans
  • Provide appropriate Psychotherapy practices that leverage various modalities (CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, etc.) with proper Psychopharmacology prescribing practices
  • Appropriately prescribe medication prescriptions & refills considering best judgement of the patients wellbeing
  • Provides clinical support & counseling to diverse patient populations in a tele-health environment
  • Service and maintain a weekly average standard of 29-50 patients based on hourly commitment (25 or 45 minutes sessions)
  • Coaches patients on how to manage ongoing health conditions and provides therapy to help patients make positive behavior changes
  • Counsels and provides crisis intervention for patients, including assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral problems
  • Comply with clinical standards and adhere to timely and thorough session note documentation
  • Participation in Rivia Mind supervision groups, trainings and attendance of department and organization meetings
  • Promote a friendly work culture that encourages a fun, collaborative, and co-learning environment that benefits individuals well-being, self improvement and potential
  • Perform other related role and team function duties as assigned by department and group leaders

Qualifications

Must hold a valid MA License and DEA

Required Education Level: Masters Degree

Education Details: Masters in Nursing 

Licensure/Certification Requirements:

  • Licensure for the following in Massachusetts 
  • Valid Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) / Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License
  • PMHNP Certified
  • Valid DEA License

Additional Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

  • At least one(1) year of post-licensure experience practicing Psychotherapy
  • Confidently and efficiently document concurrently within patient sessions
  • Experience working with Patients in an Outpatient setting
  • Telehealth/telemedicine experience
  • Psychotherapy Modality experience (CBT, DBT, etc.)
  • Life Skills Support/Coaching
  • Electronic health records (EHR) Software
  • Diagnosis and Treatment Planning
  • Patient Education
  • Prescribes Medications
  • Multi-Disciplinary Teamwork

Pay Range: $100,000-145,000 a year
