Riverside Research is seeking a full-time Curriculum Development Lead in support of the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will work closely with a team of Riverside Research, government, and military experts in the coordination, consolidation, capture and documentation of analytical training for use by intelligence analysts.
All positions with Riverside Research require U.S. citizenship.
Job Duties
- Lead all curriculum development activities in support of analytical training for OPIR analysis of advanced targets
- Facilitate, coordinate, and consolidate technical input received from Riverside Research and government Subject Matter Experts in the capture and documentation of required training material
- Apply strong interpersonal skills to elicit understanding of complex concepts and identify existing training gaps
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with all curriculum stakeholders
- Identify and consolidate existing training support for inclusion in overall training curriculum
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Top Secret clearance with SCI adjudication
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or education
- Years of Curriculum Development Experience: 10+ years
- Strong communicator with ability to grasp complex concepts and ask questions when further insights are required
- Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with a technically dynamic team environment when necessary
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in business management, or related field
- Experience with the NASIC OPIR analytical mission
