About the Role
We're in search of an experienced Dental Practice Manager to join our founding Operations team. This role presents a distinctive opportunity to influence patient care, collaborating with our team of dentists and specialists, as well as Ritual's product and technology teams. Nestled in the heart of iconic Tribeca, NY, our flagship modern office serves as a canvas for creativity and collaboration. This is an in person role, based in New York City.
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the practice runs efficiently and adheres to industry standards and regulations. Define targets for practice metrics. Work with the internal tech team to identify opportunities to drive efficiency, quality, and automation.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support a team of dental professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and exceptional patient care and experience.
- Financial Management: Monitor financial aspects of the practice, including billing, budgeting, and forecasting, to ensure profitability and sustainability.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a high standard of patient care by liaising with the team, addressing patient concerns, and implementing feedback-driven improvements.
- Recruitment & Training: Oversee hiring processes, ensure continuous professional development for the team, and foster a culture of excellence and growth.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest technology, trends, and best practices in dental health management to drive innovation and excellence in our practice.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 5+ years of proven managerial experience in dental settings, demonstrating a track record of efficient practice management.
- Metrics and Data-driven: Adept at utilizing metrics to drive decision-making and optimize practice operations. Experience setting and tracking Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to align with our strategic goals.Ability to glean actionable insights from data to continuously improve our practice and enhance the patient experience.
- Technical & Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare regulations, dental practice software, and tools relevant to the industry. Motivated to learn, test and improve.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a knack for motivating and guiding teams.
- Communication: Stellar communication abilities, both written and verbal, ensuring clarity in team interactions and with patients.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required. MS degree is preferred.

Pay, Perks & Benefits at Ritual
The target salary range for this position is: $75-95k. Individual compensation for this role will depend on a variety of factors including qualifications, skills and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans.
