Summary and Scope
We are looking to hire a Director of Business Development on the Growth team. The primary accountability of the role is to source new logos (new client wins) for the agency across Retail, CPG, Healthcare, Financial Services and more.
This individual must have a strong understanding of how to leverage integrated media and data solutions to secure new opportunities among enterprise clients to generate an 8-figure pipeline.
Responsibilities
Develop an understanding of all growth services and solutions across Rise and Quad
Collaborate with SMEs for each growth service in order to create a custom go-to-market strategy based on what the client’s needs and opportunities are
Source new opportunities from direct outreach and networking, industry events and more.
Effectively communicate Rise and Quad’s value proposition “C” suite and client leadership teams
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree desired
10+ years working with integrated media agencies
Direct experience performing BD for an integrated agency or holding company
Self-motivated and results-driven team player who consistently strives to exceed goals and push revenue expectations
Creative and resourceful in identifying and gaining entry into agency pitch opportunities
Exceptional research, analytic abilities, presentation and communication (written and verbal) skills
Experience with developing Marketing strategy in a digital and traditional media environment
Strategic and creative thinker with proven consulting skills -- always focusing on innovative, but measurable client solutions
Proven track record of sales success
Identify opportunities for organic growth of accounts via introducing existing or new channels
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, Google Apps Suite (including Gmail, Google Docs, etc.), as well as Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
