Rise Interactive (http://www.riseinteractive.com), a rapidly growing full service interactive advertising agency, is looking to hire a Senior Internet Marketing Consultant for our Media Operations team.  We are looking for a self-directed, detail-oriented individual who thrives in an entrepreneurial culture as we grow our quickly expanding client base.  This position is based in our Buenos Aires office which requires you to be onsite 3 days per week.  

Summary and Scope

We seek a subject matter expert in digital media trafficking to join our digital media advertising and customer experience agency. The Internet Marketing Consultant, Media Trafficking will work closely with team leads to fulfill client requests and maintain established processes across multi-channel platforms, including Programmatic, Paid Social, Paid Search, Affiliate, and Marketplace. This role requires superior organizational and time management skills, as the candidate will be responsible for managing deliverables and scope for our existing client work, ensuring optimal performance and growth leveraging Rise’s proprietary platform, Connex.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather creative assets and campaign requirements for various digital channels, with an initial emphasis on programmatic campaigns.
  • Input and traffic creative assets, including images, videos, and ad copy, into Campaign Manager 360 or other relevant platforms, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
  • Implement tracking parameters, tags, and pixels to ensure proper campaign measurement and attribution.
  • Set up, launch, and monitor campaigns to guarantee accurate targeting, placement, and pacing, making adjustments as necessary to optimize performance.
  • Maintain and enforce consistent naming conventions for campaigns, creatives, and other assets to ensure clear organization and seamless reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to trafficking and campaign execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, trends, and technological advancements in digital marketing and trafficking.
  • Document internal processes and policies tied to ad operations.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Programmatic, Paid Social, Paid Search, Affiliate & Marketplace channels
  • Experience utilizing Campaign Manager 360, The Trade Desk (TTD), Display & Video 360 (DV360), Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Search Ads 360 and/or social media platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Demonstrated effective team task management, prioritization, and organizational skills 
  • Ability to use operational ticketing and project management tools
  • Excellent critical thinking, verbal, and written English communication skills, with solid experience in communicating with internal stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, organized, ambitious individual with a passion for marketing technology
  • Able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity.
  • Proficient in Excel 
  • Experience in troubleshooting ad serving and tracking technical issues.
