Requirements for the role:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, although other majors will also be considered.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management, and business development strategies.
  • Ability to assist with sales operations, including lead generation, prospecting, and client management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with potential clients and team members.
  • Good organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and contributing to collaborative projects.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and industry practices.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and tools commonly used in sales (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Creativity and innovation in developing new ways to reach and engage potential customers.
