Requirements for the role:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, although other majors will also be considered.
- Basic understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management, and business development strategies.
- Ability to assist with sales operations, including lead generation, prospecting, and client management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with potential clients and team members.
- Good organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and contributing to collaborative projects.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and industry practices.
- Proficiency with CRM software and tools commonly used in sales (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Creativity and innovation in developing new ways to reach and engage potential customers.
