Requirements for the role:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, systems, and technology.
  • Familiarity with CAD/CAM software for design and manufacturing purposes.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality control processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply engineering principles to solve manufacturing challenges.
  • Ability to participate in the development, evaluation, and improvement of manufacturing methods.
  • Good organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and contributing to project teams.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and methodologies in manufacturing engineering.
