The Workforce Strategy Coordinator will assist the Program Managers and Director in driving strategies around the recruiting, development, and retention that align to our corporate strategy. Day to day activities will include mostly entail processes related to the Vendor Management System and assisting with follow up communications and organization of the program.
- Updates items in the Vendor Management System such as pay rate changes, credit and rebills, ending work orders, supervisor alignments, new site set up, and assignment extensions.
- Assist in pulling reports from the Vendor Management system.
- Assist with supplier audits.
- Assist in the coordination of training for suppliers and Operations.
- Assist in following up with suppliers and operations leaders to update the vendor management system properly.
- Assist in creating presentation decks for internal and external meetings.
