Associate Solution Analyst

As an Associate Solution Analyst, you'll learn our business process through our “LearnIT” program and collaborate with Uline business leaders to define and build creative new solutions for a growing organization that runs one of the largest e-commerce websites in the U.S.

Position Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to understand, document and analyze requirements to align project objectives and business goals.
- Collaborate with developers and architects to translate requirements into solutions on data modeling, architecture, UI / UX, integrations and reporting.
- Manage a product backlog that includes guiding grooming sessions, refining user stories, determining acceptance criteria and prioritizing work.
- Conduct user acceptance testing, participate in bug / defect resolution and coordinate application rollout strategies and training needs.
- Contribute to our Agile project delivery process from discovery through delivery.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, information technology management or a related field.
- Strong critical / analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent facilitation and organizational skills.
