A day in the life.

Our Sales Development Program is a well-defined, dynamic and challenging journey. The multi-faceted assignments were designed to foster innovative thinking, develop your skills, and allow you to make a positive contribution to our organization and surrounding community. Our MMA-FL senior leaders are fully engaged in your career development, and you will have ongoing exposure to those leaders. You will be immersed within our company strategy, culture and values as you progress through this multi-dimensional experience. This is an engaging, fast-paced and fun organization focused on your overall growth and development to set you up for success!

The program will commence in September 2024 and all Sales Development Hires will be full-time associates. Additional program details including the start/end dates as well as the orientation and rotation schedules will be provided upon receiving an offer to join our organization.

• Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida           
• Rotations: Commercial Lines, Employee Benefits and Sales or Operations
• Target New Hires: Graduating Seniors

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

• Graduating senior with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Risk Management, Professional Sales, Operations, Business, Finance or similar major from an accredited College or University
• Relocation to Fort Lauderdale, Florida
