What You'll Do

• Assist in systematically improving core competence and core technology for Tensar manufacturing and product development processes
• Prototype and pilot production of new products, product changes, and enhancements in coordination with the Manufacturing and Quality Control
• Assist with testing, developing, and installation of sensors and monitoring systems in a lab or field test site
• Write and test software to acquire and analyze data from sensors, operation of systems and communicate results
• Remotely monitor field test sites to retrieve, analyze, and report data
• Assist in Tensar+ software development for various applications including engineering analysis and calculations
• Assist in planning and performing laboratory and/or field testing for various technology development projects
• Work closely with the Financial Analyst to gather, analyze and prepare data that supports current and future financial plans

What You'll Need

• Basic knowledge of polyolefin or thermoplastic melt extrusion and processing, preferably polypropylene, polyethylene, and PET resins
• Product testing and Research and Development experience preferred
• Experience working with data queries and data management tools

Your Education

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering or a related field of study
• Currently pursuing Bachelor of Science in materials or polymers field, with related course work and laboratory work
• Currently pursuing Bachelor of Science in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
