The Office of the CIO is responsible for designing, deploying, and managing the technology infrastructure supporting Appian employees, customers, and partners. The CIO Analyst Intern will partner directly with the current CIO Analyst in supporting the Chief Information Officer and other CIO departmental initiatives, with a focus on Appian’s License Compliance program.

What you’ll do...
Combine creative thinking, command of analytical methods, and an understanding of our business to:
- Gather and synthesize relevant data, lead analyses, and present final recommendations to improve and grow Appian’s License Compliance program
- Identify areas of improvement and opportunities to translate manual processes into effective, systemized solutions
- Balance technical feasibility and return on time investments in recommending improvements
- Develop Appian systems to support the operations of the License Compliance program and the CIO Department at large
Who you are...
- Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Math, Finance or related degree
- Someone with exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Ability to multitask with research projects, data analysis, and coordination with others
- Willingness to challenge the standard thinking with new ideas, approaches, and solutions
- Strong decision-making skills and the determination to see projects through to the end
- Someone who possesses good people skills with the ability to develop respect and trust with team members
- Ability to identify business issues and find innovative solutions
