The role reports to the Value Chain Transformation Owner - Drive and is located in New Berlin, Wisconsin.

Your responsibilities

  • Support the Digitalization team on projects and project documentation to meet company, department, and organizational goals in a cost-effective manner
  • Define and develop documentation for existing and new application processes
  • Gain exposure to technical terms related to systems, processes, and architecture
  • Participate in project review/design review meetings and document business processes
  • Gain exposure to working on process improvement projects
  • Assist with other projects as needed
  • Mentoring and networking opportunities
  • Personal and professional development programing will be offered to all interns. This programing will include global and local sessions

Your background

  • Currently enrolled in a Computer Science or Information System related degree program in the US
  • Must be currently authorized to work for ABB in the US
  • Has strong computer skills. Embraces technology and development of new technology skill
  • Capable of both independent work and collaboration within a team to achieve objectives
  • Possesses exceptional organizational and time management abilities, adept at managing multiple tasks
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Detail-oriented
  • Basic understanding of Project methodologies and ERP Applications
  • Able to develop strong working relationships with team members and the user community
  • Be able to create Power BI visuals
  • Understands SQL database or other data lake
