Ringba: Talent Philosophy, Interviewing, & Onboarding

Ringba invests time, resources, and people into a high-touch candidate experience, even while remote. We recognize that CX, which most firms only associate with Client, Consumer, and Customer eXperience, must also include and emphasize the Candidate eXperience. One of the biggest benefits of being a remote first firm is that we do not have to make compromises in our recruiting or talent acquisition efforts. With this flexibility, our talent funnels are built from the top down through resources such as employee networks, referrals, sourcing, and social media. And we’ve met and hired incredible people with unique perspectives, skills, and stories from all over the world.

Interviewing

Interviews create stress in some individuals, while others find them revitalizing. Regardless of your sentiments towards interviews, find solace in the fact that every Ringba team member boasts an IT background and values human conversations - this includes our associates in talent acquisition. The rationale behind this choice? To collectively excel in efficient problem-solving and to deliver an exceptional Customer and Candidate eXperience (CX).

As a result, candidates who interview with Ringba can expect a very efficient and technical process where we keep you updated in real time.

Although Ringba reserves the right to add or skip steps in the interview process as we see fit, we generally use the following steps:

1. Assessment 2. Meet Your Recruiter 3. Interview with Hiring Team 4. Interview with Product Team 5. Interview with Leadership 6. Offer
