Role Overview: 

We are seeking a strategic and creative Internal Communications Manager to join our team. This role will be pivotal in enhancing employee engagement and driving alignment with the company’s mission, values, and goals. The successful candidate will have experience in financial technology, delivering clear, consistent, and compelling messages across multiple internal channels. 

You will work closely with senior leadership, Marketing, the People Team, and other internal stakeholders to ensure that internal communications support the company’s transformation and growth initiatives. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Strategic Internal Communications: Develop and execute the internal communications strategy to support business objectives and foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and innovation. 
  • Leadership Communication Support: Partner with senior leaders to craft clear and consistent messaging, including town halls, leadership updates, and internal newsletters. 
  • Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives that engage employees with company values, key updates, and strategic priorities. Lead campaigns around surveys, performance reviews, and company-wide initiatives. 
  • Change Management: Provide communication support during business transformations, helping employees navigate organizational changes, product launches, and process updates. 
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality content across various formats (emails, intranet posts, video scripts, etc.) tailored to different employee segments. 
  • Channel Management: Oversee the use of internal communication platforms such as intranets, collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams), and digital newsletters. 
  • Analytics and Improvement: Measure the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives through surveys, feedback, and analytics, and adjust strategies as necessary. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience in internal communications, ideally within the financial technology or broader tech sector. 
  • Proven track record of developing and executing internal communications strategies. 
  • Strong content creation and editing skills, with experience across multiple media formats. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. 
  • Familiarity with communication tools and platforms (e.g., intranets, content management systems, Microsoft 365). 
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment. 

 

Preferred Skills: 

  • Experience with change management communication in large organizations. 
  • Understanding of the financial technology landscape and its unique challenges. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and feedback to inform communication strategies.
