The Opportunity:
The data team work together to offer hundreds of cloud-based financial databases, across multiple asset classes, to meet the fast-growing data requirements from global institutional clients.
Data Operations Analysts are responsible to monitor and maintain existing data processes and databases in Rimes platform.
What you will do:
- Support the suite of Rimes products and services
- Monitoring data processes and reporting
- Data collection and verification
- Databases maintenance
Who you are:
- Flexible, enthusiastic and display a positive attitude
- Able to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Happy to work on your own initiative
- Interested in technology, but also aware of the need for appropriate processes and procedures
- Attentive to detail, but also able to demonstrate a wide degree of creativity
- A confident communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Have previous work experience in the financial data industry
- Bachelor or Master in finance, science, engineering or related fields
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Work independently, results driven & detail oriented
- Flexible and efficient at multitasking assignments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Python/Perl experience will be considered as advantage
- Knowledge of SQL will be considered as advantage
- Knowledge of financial markets and financial data will be considered as advantage
