Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Sales Operations or related fields such as Sales Administration, Sales Support, or Revenue Operations. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting our North America sales and account management teams, ensuring smooth operations and efficient processes.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the US sales and account management teams to provide operational support and drive productivity.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize performance.
  • Develop and maintain sales processes, procedures, and documentation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives and drive alignment across departments.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams on tools, systems, and processes.
  • Effectively collaborate with managers and provide guidance to junior specialists and analysts

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Sales Operations or related roles, with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems (most specially Salesforce), and sales reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Solid experience working during US hours, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Experience working with US sales and account management teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle challenging internal customers with professionalism and tact.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Certifications in Sales Operations or related fields.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools.

 

Work Hours:

  • Full-time position, with flexibility to accommodate US business hours.

 

Location:

  • Manila
