We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager who will play a lead role in supporting our marketing strategy focused on creative, impactful storytelling that drives engagement for web traffic, lead generation, and overall brand awareness of RightHand Robotics across a range of B2B audiences. Reporting to our Marketing Director, this position requires someone who possesses the creativity to produce engaging marketing content and the analytical mind needed to knit it all together into effective marketing campaigns. We’re looking for someone who enjoys creative collaboration, works well with a team including external partners, and thrives on figuring out how to get marketing initiatives done. While a bachelor’s degree in marketing or work in that field is helpful, project management or marketing automation experience also gives you a big head start.
You Will:
- Build B2B marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels, segments, and geographies in support of our overall strategic marketing plan
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and deliver strategic integrated marketing campaigns across all channels
- Develop inbound marketing and lead nurturing campaigns to cultivate leads into sales-ready customers
- Collaborate with internal and external resources, and SMEs to create a range of compelling content and tools (e.g., articles, case studies, videos, emails, webpages, landing pages, interactive tools, etc.) from brief through execution that is informative, entertaining, and engaging for the target audience
- Use SEO best practices and A/B testing to increase web traffic and optimize content discovery and performance
- Measure and report KPIs of marketing initiatives to optimize and inform future marketing strategies
- Use content performance data, audience/persona insights, and competitive analysis to develop the content strategy, audience content journey mapping, and content plan
- Develop and implement social media strategy for our company's blog and other social channels
You Are (or You Have):
- BS or BA in a Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a relevant field of study or experience
- 3-5 years of experience planning, creating, deploying, testing, and managing multi-touch contact acquisition, or lead-nurturing programs using a variety of digital & social marketing technologies & platforms
- 3+ years experience with marketing automation software (HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, or similar)
- An understanding of digital marketing tools and tactics, content marketing, lead nurture campaigns, and marketing automation workflows
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A highly-analytical thinker with an audience-first mindset
- Strong project management skills
- Superb written and verbal communication skills, and experience presenting to leadership teams
- Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails, content, blog posts, and landing pages
- Strong problem-solving and process-building skills; stay up to date with the latest digital strategies and marketing automation capabilities, and apply them to our operational needs
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Bonus Points:
- You are a robot… or have worked with robots in the past
- MBA in marketing
- Familiarity with industrial automation or eCommerce/retail supply chain and logistics
- Salesforce.com experience
- Strong visual creative ability
- Basic understanding of CMS, HTML, and CSS
