THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIER-Dott:
Purpose and Objectives:
- Be a true leader to a large and diverse team of field technicians (for scooters and bikes reparation), patrollers (in charge of scooters use optimization inside the city).
- Organize scheduling, attendance, and general administration of your operations team.
- Work hand in hand with HQ in Amsterdam to translate your ideas into product changes that'll allow you to better serve your city.
- Maximize efficiency of fleet management & logistics by ensuring deployment, pickup and costs of Dott scooters are optimized.
- Own maintenance and operations cost, as well as processes.
- Reduce the time of vehicles blocked in WH
- Develops and drives reentry strategies for backlog contingency plans
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Hire and manage warehouse and maintenance staff.
- Monitor the performance of warehouse and maintenance staff via KPIs.
- Optimize repair processes in order to increase the availability of the vehicles on the street and reduce costs.
- Organize and manage the flow of the workplace and optimize day-to-day activities in the warehouse.
- Overseeing operations in the warehouse from facilities and vehicle upkeep to workplace safety.
- Monitoring the inbound and outbound inventory transfers and logistics.
- Ensure the use of the tools made available to the company for tracking activities in WH
- Maintain accurate communication with external stakeholders and carry out final decision making processes.
- Balance attention to detail with swift execution.
- Take full responsibility and ownership of projects and decisions that will impact the business.
- Ensure that all the data necessary for remote control is constantly updated
- The employee could be asked to perform other tasks related to his skills and competencies
