Some Ribbon customers rent their homes before they re-purchase from Ribbon. As our Resident Services Specialist, you'll ensure that Ribbon tenants are having a terrific experience in their new homes. You'll also help tenants move towards re-purchasing the home and becoming a homeowner.
How you'll help make homeownership achievable:
You'll manage Ribbon's current rental properties
Creating lease agreements and answering customer questions
Initiating repurchases and helping tenants become homeowners
Provide excellent customer service for tenants
What we're looking for:
You have 1-2 years of experience in resident services, property management, or real estate
You have excellent communication and pride yourself on providing amazing customer service
Ideally, you have experience with Yardi and portfolio management
You're excited to join a fast paced hyper-growth startup!
