Here, you won’t find rigid career ladders or title inflation — instead, we focus on creating opportunities for growth. To solve meaningful problems and make decisions that influence real change.

The Role

As a Senior Product Manager at Rialtic, you will play a critical role in building solutions and workflows that optimize and scale our medical billing and coding policy team and our intellectual property. Reporting directly to the VP of Product, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing our internal policy management platform, a custom content management system and logic library that serves as the cornerstone of our core product.

Rialtic’s platform is based on a collection of medical coding policies. The Rialtic Content team is responsible for translating these policies into specifications that are coded into rules engines and deployed to the platform. This role is focused on managing and enhancing the tooling used to create and maintain these rules and their associated metadata to support consistent quality, efficiency gains, and more rapid scaling of our policy library.

In addition to our content management system you will design workflows and additional tooling that helps our team efficiently operate and grow. Your work will directly enable our vision to scale and leverage new technologies.

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning and Vision: Partner with the VP of Product to develop and articulate a strategic content solution roadmap that supports future product growth and innovation. You will work with engineering and SMEs and leverage new technologies to enhance existing capabilities while also supporting new product opportunities.
  • Discovery and Solution Development: Design and build solutions that optimize and scale the medical content team, focusing on our policy management platform which includes payment policy details, logic trees, and associated medical materials. You will be asked to craft flow diagrams, execute user research, draft high level executive summaries, user stories, and direct our design team in crafting low and high definition mocks for testing.
  • Collaboration and Adoption: Work closely with a full stack engineering team, product designers, and the medical content team to ensure alignment and successful implementation of solutions. Your solutions will be used by fellow employees, therefore their successful adoption and engagement will rely not just on a great design but also your ability to influence and educate. You must know to unpack the needs of users and craft solutions that excite and inspire them.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal stakeholders, including the medical content team and Product Managers of our market-facing products, to understand their needs and ensure our solutions meet their requirements.
  • Client Exposure: Occasionally interact with clients to gather feedback and insights that will inform product enhancements and improvements.
  • Workflow Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to automate tasks and optimize the workload of our FTE Content specialists, enabling them to focus on more complex coding and policy concepts. Your ability to elevate automated solutions over people-based workflows is critical.
  • Design Focus: Ensure our products solve problems in an elegant manner, breaking the trend of clunky, dated solutions for Payers. We pride ourselves on our design acumen and look for Product Managers who love to work in a design-focused product environment.
  • Travel: Travel to Atlanta is required approximately 4-6 times a year to collaborate with the product team.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in product management, with a proven track record of optimizing enterprise workflows. Experience in the healthcare sector, specifically payer and revenue cycle management is a significant plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and web application architectures.
    • Proficiency in product research, user research, and workflow design and optimization.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and inspire stakeholders. We value the ability to concisely communicate complex concepts using both written words and visuals.
    • Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills. You can apply prioritization frameworks to specific situations and explain your decision making to others elegantly.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, with a focus on engineering, implementation, and subject matter experts. Your methods of influence are diverse and you know how to apply them in each unique situation.

    • Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Notion, Confluence).
    • Basic analytical skills for working with tabular data.

As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
