The Role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager, People Operations to join our team.  The leader in this role will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic HR initiatives that align with the company's goals and enhance the overall employee experience. This role requires a seasoned HR professional with a strong background in people operations, total rewards, talent management, and organizational development. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HR processes, and driving continuous improvement in HR practices.  This role will require 2 days in the office.  

Core Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits: 

    • Managing compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and aligned with the  company’s objectives.

Compliance: 

    • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Recruitment & Onboarding: 

    • Partner with the Director of Talent on recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new hires.

Employee Relations: 

    • Addressing employee concerns, managing conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.

Performance Management: 

    • Overseeing performance appraisal processes, setting performance standards, and supporting employee development.

Training & Development:

    • Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

HR Strategy: 

    • Developing and executing HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.

What We Are Looking For

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in managing people operations, talent management, and organizational development.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
