This Manager role will report to the Senior Manager of Influencer Marketing to support all influencer marketing-related projects.

Overview:

  • Help execute influencer strategies that support overall business and marketing objectives to drive brand awareness and secure online influencer engagements and impressions.
  • Assist in managing all evergreen and campaign gifting initiatives including, but not limited to, gift ideation, building processes with operation/ecommerce teams, influencer prospecting, outreach, shipping/hand-delivery coordination, and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the senior manager in building and carrying out innovative influencer retention tactics.
  • Prospect new influencers that align with brand values and new audience goals and assist in managing relationships within rhode’s current influencer network.
  • Manage influencer relationships & data within influencer CRM/performance platforms.
  • Assist in creative research and project management for influencer mailer development.
  • Work closely with the customer service and social media teams to ensure we are responding to influencer inquiries in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Identify talent, negotiate contracts, manage content rights, share final deliverables, track timelines, and report on paid partnership performance.
  • Strategically scale rhode’s influencer affiliate program and report on top drivers and overall performance. 
  • Assist in analyzing weekly and monthly influencer program performance as it pertains to set KPI’s.
  • Surface key learnings from our influencer network to our leadership team.
  • Attend events and support experiential projects as needed.
  • Co-manage marketing interns to assist on all influencer marketing projects.
  • Stay abreast of key industry trends, competitive insights and industry leaders in social media.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field required.

Work Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing in-house or at an agency.
  • Experience project managing gifting campaigns from start to finish.
  • Experience managing influencer data, outreach, and performance within influencer marketing platforms.
  • Experience with influencer networking and events.

  • Strategic mindset with experience leading and executing influencer marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and measure the success of influencer campaigns.
  • Proven ability to negotiate paid collaborations and manage influencer budgets.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing software, Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel, social media platforms, Shopify.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and the influencer landscapes within each.
  • Strong creative and critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and detail-oriented.
  • Strong project + time management skills: ability to juggle priorities and multiple projects at once to meet tight deadlines all while meeting quality standards.
  • Growth mindset, agile, and ready to innovate and work collaboratively with a small startup team.
  • Ability to operate with a high level of discretion.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Prior experience in the beauty industry is preferred but not required.

The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 - $100,000, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This role is based out of our headquarters in Los Angeles, CA.
