About the Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Data Analytics team. You will collaborate with teams across the business including sales, marketing, credit, compliance, client services, finance, and design in order to provide strategic and operational insights to help achieve our objectives.  

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational insight backed by data to functional teams across the company as well as to senior leadership
  • Diagnose and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, including onboarding new vendors
  • Become a subject matter expert on our BI systems, including Looker, helping others get the most out of these platforms
  • Serve as a bridge between functional teams, data analysts and data engineers to improve data & analytics infrastructure to provide better insights and optimize processes
  • Work with Data Engineers to build reporting data models in a data warehouse to support analyses and dashboards

Required Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of analytical or strategy experience such as business analysis, consulting, corporate strategy, or investment research
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • BI Tool experience (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to distill complex analysis into concise takeaways
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and projects
  • SQL proficiency and experience working with large datasets
  • Excel or Google Sheets proficiency to build quick data cuts and analyses
  • Understanding of data models and data table structure to support analytics
  • Solid grasp of statistics and modeling

Our people are our most valuable asset. The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $135,000. Base salary may vary depending on relevant experience, skills, geographic location, and business needs. In addition to base pay, Rho offers equity, healthcare benefits and paid time off.
