The Growth Marketing Lead at Rhino helps us meet our growth goals throughout the B2B lifecycle, from lead generation to partner adoption. The Growth Marketing Lead manages our inbound and outbound marketing campaigns to drive sales and revenue for Rhino at target CAC goals, while also leading partner marketing campaigns to ensure adoption and LTV. 

As the Growth Marketing Lead at Rhino, you will work closely with our sales and account management teams to deeply understand our sales cycle, processes, and of course, our partners and their motivations. You will also be responsible for managing our marketing automation tools, reporting, and optimizing results on a day to day basis. From creative and copy testing to platform optimizations and reporting — you’ll operate with a high level of autonomy and be given the opportunity to own a critical piece of Rhino’s growth strategy.

In this role you will:

  • Strategize, launch, optimize, and report on growth marketing campaigns across the B2B funnel.
  • Own end-to-end execution of demand generation campaigns including but not limited to building landing pages and ad creative, owning and executing against a testing roadmap, launching and optimizing paid media campaigns, running outbound campaigns, and creating content/creative.
  • Optimize partner activation, adoption, and retention through campaigns and ensure consistent messaging across the journey.
  • Own marketing automation software and build journeys to nurture prospects through the sales cycle and beyond.

We’re ideally seeking:

  • 3 years experience in B2B lead generation or demand marketing
  • Experience with launching and managing campaigns in ad platforms like LinkedIn, Google Ads, and more
  • Highly collaborative with strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to build processes and campaigns from scratch
  • Technical experience with various marketing automation softwares (ChiliPiper, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, etc)

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $105,000

Rhino has partnered with a number of compensation benchmarking tools to determine competitive and fair market pay bands for our size and stage. Our goal is to ensure each employee is paid equitably and competitively while also maintaining a consistent and standardized methodology.

Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors including qualifications for the role, experience level and balancing internal equity relative to other Rhinos.
