Rhino is charging into the real estate space to unlock over $190 billion in cash security deposits. We are building products, like our affordable insurance policy, to put money back in renters' pockets.

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our People Operations team. Rhino is 60 folks and growing, and we’re excited to welcome a recruiter to help our team scale our processes and candidate experience. 

In this role you will:

  • Manage the recruiting cycle, effectively managing internal and external stakeholders 
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and hiring needs
    • Source and screen candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
    • Some recruiting coordination required 
  • Manage our relationship with external recruiting agencies
  • Seamlessly execute our candidate experience, updating processes and assisting in training team members on best practices 
  • Stay on top of recruiting trends and best practices to implement 

We’re ideally seeking:

  • 2-4 years of recruiting experience, ideally at a startup 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 
  • Experience using an ATS, preferably Greenhouse 
  • Experience running effective recruitment processes, including structured interviewing 
  • The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good decision making skills
  • Team player, detail oriented and flexible
