Rhino was founded with a goal to empower and improve the lives of renters. Our mission is to give renters everywhere greater financial freedom to plan and enjoy their lives. Rhino has launched the industry's first end-to-end deposit platform servicing all stakeholders in the rental ecosystem.

Own your role. We take ownership over our jobs. We are a lean team, and each of us brings something unique and critical to the table. We have strong opinions and come with a point of view. We do whatever it takes to get the job done and we revel in the grind. If no one owns it, it won’t get done. 

Raise the bar. We are curious about the work we are doing and raise the bar when we think there may be a way to improve. We believe in contrary opinions, but also believe it must come with a fierce commitment to finding and being part of a solution. 

Be customer obsessed. We are obsessed with serving our customers and stakeholders. We can't exist as a business without our customers (renters and partners!) and everything we do is in pursuit of creating value for them. 

Just be kind. We are passionate about our work, but also recognize that we are humans first. Some days can be stressful, but we aim to solve every problem with compassion and kindness. We live by the golden rule and infuse fun into everything we do.  

Commit to the Crash. We believe in partnership and pitching in. We seek opportunities for collaboration, both in our individual teams and company-wide and carry each other. Together, we do our greatest work. (A Crash by the way is a group of Rhinos!)
