Opportunity

As we evolve our category-building product, we are seeking a Product Manager to join our current Product team. The ideal candidate would have product management with technical fluency focused on integration experience.

We are looking for a candidate who has experience with building information management systems, experience with B2B Saas solutions or a Marketplace product and product-led growth experience. 

Nice to have domain expertise: Construction, interior design, and/or procurement industry expertise would be amazing. This is a high collaborative role that will lead cross-functional teams and projects.

Roles and Responsibilities 

Product Management is a hands-on entrepreneurial role at Rheaply. You will work with Engineering and Design teams to decide what products to build with a deep understanding of why.  Product Managers will deliver value to users and customers that are aligned under our product vision.

Product managers will bring focus to product teams by being the voice of the customer and leveraging data and input from the wider company. They will develop methods to acquire, engage, and retain customers in the new frontier of circular economy. They will support our early stage company in building and executing a design and delivery process. 

What does this look like? 

Deliver business value 

  • Monetize market demand: Identify near-term and strategic initiatives and experiments to evolve our monetization strategy, drive growth, and improve conversion 
  • Identify product enhancements that deliver value and realizing value from new features starts with selecting those that will provide the most benefit.

Product Discovery 

  • Listen to users: Learn as much as we can about our current and potential users (market), their status quos, aspirations, motivations, product experience, and pain points through continuous discovery
  • Facilitate product decisions: Create alignment between product, design, and engineering on what we are building, why, and when. Our decisions should be evidence based and researched. Priorities and trade-offs are well understood and shared with the team.
  • Over-communicate: share product vision, decisions, roadmap, and implications with other Rheaply teams. Facilitate conversations across the company that are product driven. 

Product Development and Delivery

  • Solve real problems: Solve complex, sometimes cross-functional, problems which you execute with minimal guidance
  • Execute builds: Oversee the design, development and launch of innovative products with a penchant for on time delivery and product experimentation. Identifies issues that might block delivery and outlines a path to resolution. 

Minimum Qualifications

  • A proven history of success in product management roles at high-tech or SaaS software companies for a minimum of 3-5 years 
  • Extensive experience in B2B with Product led growth 
  • Experience owning and driving the building and shipping of complex, SaaS products at scale
  • Genuine excitement and curiosity to solve problems and a strong sense of empathy for customers 
  • Demonstrates great product sense and ability to balance business strategy, organizational context and data in driving towards solutions
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple projects, align on goals, and deliverables  
  • Ability to define and prioritize initiatives using product management frameworks while working cross-functionally, and managing complex stakeholder relationships
  • An entrepreneurial mindset - you must be comfortable rolling up your sleeves, thriving in ambiguity, and getting the work done
  • You believe in Rheaply’s Core Values and shall conduct your work in accordance with our values 
  • Experience Google Business products (Drive, Sheets, Docs, etc.), AirTable, Adobe Creative Suite, [UX design platform], MacOS, Asana is plus Figma/MIRA Productboard/AHA, Asana/JIRA/Monday

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computers or Design. 
  • Experience with identifying opportunities for public API's
  • Experience with building integration tools, reports and dashboards
  • Construction and interior design industry knowledge
  • A demonstrated interest in sustainability, circular economy, Supply Chain, and Procurement  (e.g., coursework, work or internship experience, involvement in student groups)
