About the Role:
RFPIO is seeking a Director of Enterprise Sales with a consistent track record of leading sales teams to success. You will be responsible for an annual revenue quota delivered through a team of Enterprise Account Executives across the US. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience selling SaaS solutions at the enterprise level and have real passion for building scalable strategies to identify, develop, and sign new business from new logos, both inbound and outbound.This role reports directly to the VP of Sales and will work closely with the senior leadership team on sales strategy, process, and on-going analysis of selling into the RFx Response Software Market.
What you’ll do:
- Accountable for achieving enterprise sales team revenue goals
- Lead, manage, coach and develop a high performance enterprise sales team
- Develop goals and metrics for enterprise sales team and review and measure team's performance
- Develop tools and strategies to maximize goal attainment and productivity by rep; regularly adjust & refine goals with a data driven approach
- Develop and execute sales campaigns with target accounts/contacts
- Propose and implement new sales strategies and best practices to lead or respond to the ever changing market
- Collaborate on outbound sales/business development strategy and tactics
- Develop land and expand strategies for strategic accounts with our largest customers, in partnership with the VP of Sales
Experience and Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years managing an Enterprise B2B SaaS sales team of 4-8 direct reports, MarTech & Sales Tech solutions preferred
- 5+ years of sales team management experience
- 3+ years in an enterprise sales role, selling a B2B SaaS product
- Energetic team leader, dedication to employees, and an unrelenting drive to succeed and win
- Experience creating annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales plans
- High achiever with a demonstrated track record of success both in team and individual quota attainment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, curious and competitive
- Salesforce
- Proven track record of scaling processes, teams, and/or strategy
- Cross functional collaboration with senior GTM and Revenue leaders
- Startup/ early stage company (Series A, B, C) experience strongly preferred
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
