Key attributes:

  • 7-10 yrs experience building / running media campaigns start to finish
  • Experience as Publicist / PR Director, Media Director, Comms Director, or Producer 
  • Experience leading small creative teams (2-5 people) + outside agencies
  • Elite communication skills (written and verbal) with extreme attention to detail

Things must do: 

  • Backward design strategies from target customer matched to our advantages / offerings
  • Cultivate / manage tech / business / political / media alliances; catalyze events 
  • Write / produce / distribute persuasive copy / visuals / videos for Rex brand 
  • Be data-driven in all aspects of marketing, accountable KPIs and goals
