Inside Sales Associate - Influencer Marketing
Location: Dallas HQ or Fully Remote
Reports to: Head of Influencer Marketing
Are you an outgoing and helpful professional starting your sales career? rewardStyle is seeking several new Inside Sales Specialist that will prepare you for an exciting and rewarding career in the tech industry. You will work with the market leader in the influencer space. The position offers a base salary and variable compensation that is directly related to your success as well as a comprehensive benefits package and extensive training.
In this role, your job is to contact and sign new Influencers to the rewardStyle platform. You will be measured based upon the following goals:
- Achieve your monthly and annual targets for new influencer acquisition.
- Maintain consistently strong performance at 100% of your year-to-date goals.
- Achieve your daily contact targets and activity metrics, using a combination of phone and email outreach.
Track all activities, notes and contacts in the database.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Use prospecting strategies to reach out to active Influencers who are not a part of rewardStyle today.
- Build talk tracks based upon Influencer strategy and personas.
- Understand and demonstrate the value of the rewardStyle platform.
- Follow-up on all cold and warm leads.
- Project manage contracts and agreements.
- Onboard new influencers through the 60-day process to maximize their success/posts.
- Answer product-related questions.
- Maintain a log of all influencer contact and next steps.
- Collaborate with Marketing and other departments to fine-tune messaging and products.
- Self-starter who has the desire to learn, grow and excel.
- Ability to rapidly learn new knowledge and acquire new skills.
- Tenacious, persistent and patient personality.
- Motivated and competitive with a positive attitude.
- Associate Roles: 2+ years in inside sales, business development or customer service required.
- Sales Rep Roles: 4+ years experience in field sales, inside sales or business development required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing or Communications.
- Excellent verbal, written and phone skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in HubSpot preferred.
- Preference for those experienced in influencers, talent agencies, etc.
- Ability to conduct self in a professional manner.
- Intermediate computer and digital skills.
- Strong time management skills.
