Support the integrated marketing initiatives for REVOLT, the multi-genre, multi-platform music network delivers music news in real-time, and the best of the best in music programming and forwarding the culture. Work with all departments, including, communications, public relations and marketing teams to support and secure opportunities to strengthen the REVOLT brand.

Support and co-lead the IM team autonomously in all three regions and participate in developing and executing ideas, decks, events and smooth operations within all departments.

Responsibilities 

  • Conceive, write and create new, non-traditional revenue business opportunities independently and/or within REVOLT’s Content & Programming
  • Help supervise all integrated marketing department personnel.
  • Monitors and analyzes sales/programming promotion results to determine cost effectiveness of promotional materials.
  • Directs preparation and execution of all station events, promotional activities and special projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients/agencies.
  • Coordinate & execute events as defined by all the necessary steps needing to be accomplished by putting together a high-profile event or sponsorship.
  • Develop & design customized, highly creative presentations of the highest quality for new and existing revenue opportunities.
  • Works internally and externally to oversee copywriting, design, layout, paste-up and production of promotional materials.
  • Adhere to REVOLT policies regarding pricing, merchandising, contesting, commercial content, competitive product protection, etc.
  • The ability to secure cross-promotional partners, communicate sponsorship information to relevant internal departments (programming, promotions, digital), and able to demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making.
  • Conceive and write creative presentation decks and write new non-traditional revenue business opportunities.
  • Develop customized presentations of the highest quality for new and existing revenue opportunities in PPT & Keynote.
  • Supervise and motivate all marketing department personnel.
  • Contributes and strategizes, directs, prepares and executes all network events, promotional activities and special projects as well as developing and managing budgets for all. 
  • Coordinate events as defined by all necessary steps needing to be accomplished by putting together a high profile event or sponsorship.
  • Works internally and externally to oversee copywriting, design, layout, paste-up and production of all promotional materials, activation and brand materials.
  • Adhere to REVOLT policies regarding pricing, merchandising, contesting, and commercial content, competitive product protection, budget, budget management, etc.
  • Able to consistently demonstrate professional, sound judgment in decision-making.
  • Responsible for building REVOLT’s market positioning and the creation/development of all sponsor/advertiser driven programs. 
  • Responsible for generation of proposals and pitches for sales.
  • Build comprehensive and strategic solutions that effectively meet the client’s business objectives. Contribute to the content strategy on complex marketing initiatives, deliver on current digital trends and drive highest possible profit for REVOLT.
  • Ability to generate strong creative concepts based on brand and business objectives.
  • Facilitates articulations of client’s business requirements and business goals, and then translate them into innovative and aesthetic consumer experience.
  • Manage the transition and execution for sold programs working closely with sales, Account Management and Client Services.
  • Find and develop new concepts to reduce the sales cycle and improve program results and ROI.
  • Work across the organization to ensure alignment, cross-functional collaboration and regular communications. Work with PR and Marketing services on strategy and messaging initiatives.
  • The ability to secure cross-promotional partners, communicate sponsorship information to relevant internal departments (programming, promotions, digital), and able to demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making.
  • Partner with sales to create strategic concepts for ideations across all departments, especially for brands and pitches.
  • Always be a REVOLT brand ambassador, update management as needed, and be punctual, ethical, highly professional and work in the very best interest of yourself, your team and REVOLT.
