REVOLT TV is looking for a Senior Coordinator of Integrated Marketing to support the Ad Sales Integrated Marketing teams in NY and LA. The Senior Coordinator will be the primary liaison between all stakeholders and execute on deliverables within tight deadlines.


What You’ll Do:

  • Primary liaison between REVOLT internal departments (Production, Programming, Creative Services, Talent, Digital, Social, etc.) and Client to execute on Client deliverables
  • Break down client RFPs and intel to develop compelling creative concepts
  • Vet marketing concepts with internal departments to ensure they are on brand for REVOLT and on budget
  • Lay out ideas and design into custom marketing presentations via PowerPoint and/or Keynote, tailored to specific brand being pitched,
  • Coordinate the execution and fulfillment of branded entertainment deals across all platforms (e.g. linear, digital), which may include in show product integration, programming sponsorships, branded content series, on-the-ground activations and customized social and digital media campaigns
  • Tasks may include but are not limited to writing creative briefs and sample scripts, outline creative ideas, gathering advertiser assets, attending production shoots, reviewing scripts and cuts of branded content
  • Work with Vendor Partners on research, social media tracking/boosting and production
  • May assist Account Executives and Marketing team to present custom ideas and presentations to clients and ad agencies
  • Responsible for all team administrative tasks, such as case study and development report generation, etc.


Who You Are:

  • 1-3 years related marketing or media sales experience, campaign management, TV Production, preferably with a media, platform TV Network or agency
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Keynote and Microsoft Office skills
  • Collaborative; builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and Client teams
  • Project management with strong planning and organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear communicator with excellent creative writing skills a must
  • Social media savvy and digital content knowledge
  • A problem solver who can anticipate issues and recommend actions to resolve problems
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proactive self-starter with strong client service focus
  • Passion for HipHop desired.
  • Ability to travel domestically and work weekends and overtime
