Position Overview: Revel is seeking two temporary on-site promoters to engage with electric vehicle (EV) charging customers at our EV charging locations. This role is ideal for individuals who are proactive, customer-oriented, and able to promote our charging services effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively interact with customers at our EV charging stations, promoting our services and assisting them with signing up for our charging app.
  • Distribute marketing materials, such as flyers, to customers on-site.
  • Respond to basic inquiries about our EV charging services and app features.
  • Promote our “ discounted charging” offer to customers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or engagement is required.
  • Must be available to work on-site at EV charging locations (parking garages and lots).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently.
  • Fluency in English; fluency in Spanish or Bengali is a plus.

Compensation: 

This is a non-exempt position offering $20-25/hr depending on experience. This role is eligible for overtime pay in excess of 40 hours per week. 

Schedule: 

This role will be scheduled during the hours of 4PM to 1AM, Tuesday through Saturday. Start and end times may vary depending on need.
