As a Visual Designer (Contract) at Retrospect, your role is critical to the success of our design practice. You will be responsible for identifying user needs, interpreting client challenges, and developing concepts that unify brand identity and experiences. You will work cross-functionally across both sales and marketing as well as digital product teams to create compelling concepts and evolve the look-and-feel of our client’s brand experiences. And you are obsessed with storytelling — you deliver insightful observations about people and their behavior to foster empathy, emotion, and authentic engagement.
Specifically, you will be working alongside our Design Lead, Product Manager and Marketing Leads to concept and design brand visuals for an up-and-coming food discovery, purchasing, and content application across web, social and mobile applications.
