Retinue is revolutionising small business accounting - and we need a Marketing Coordinator to join us.

 

Retinue is not just another accounting firm, we're a rapidly growing company with plans to reshape the way financial services are offered to small business. And this isn't just any role — it's a chance to be at the forefront of our growth. As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll be instrumental in building our brand and helping us reach small businesses who need our support. You'll work closely with both our marketing and sales teams, collaborating with people across the business to shape our social media presence, build our channels and craft compelling marketing materials. It will be an all-round role as you support digital marketing, events, social media, content and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating social media activities, including content creation and scheduling
  • Supporting the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Organising collateral for the sales teams, events and seminars
  • Liasing with internal and external stakeholders in relation to Retinue's marketing activity 
  • Assisting with client retention through various marketing campaigns and initiatives

Requirements

  • Practical experience in a Marketing Coordinator or equivalent position 
  • Marketing Qualification
  • A strong ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Ability to adapt in a high pace environment
  • A portfolio to showcase your experience to date!

Salary 

  • $65k - $75k + super (depending on relevant experience)
