Job Summary:

The Billing Specialist is responsible for supporting the Billing Managers needs relating to RetailNext’s billing process to ensure Invoicing is completed in a timely manner. They will perform the month end checks to ensure completeness of the billing cycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Review Churn Report throughout the month (The report to review accuracy of billing) and Review Final Churn Report with Billing Manager to ensure that all Churn is true.
  • Review Billing Validation Report and complete corrections list at month end.
  • Bill Open SO Report daily to ensure its clean & all items are resolved
  • Bill recurring Invoice Report during and at month end to ensure that its clean and all items have been resolved
  • Bill Renewal SO Report during and at month end to ensure that its clean and all items have been resolved
  • Resolve all billing issues and communicate issues with the Billing Manager.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.
  • Assist team with resolving Billing queries
  • Provide Billing manager with status updates on progress and issues
  • Refund RMA’s Daily to ensure all items have been credited
  • Process Terminations, etc daily to ensure all opps have been processed.
  • Complete billing checklist.
  • Documenting customer billing requirements and updating knowledge base on wiki page.
  • Create support invoices.
  • Create Advance payment invoice on request

Skills:

  • Ability to work through the billing process autonomously and work with AR Account Managers to resolve possible issues
  • Ability to answer all inquiries related to the billing process at RetailNext

Knowledge:

  • Deep understanding of the billing process at RetailNext and all related systems.
  • Understanding of necessary month end close tasks and timeline.
