What we do:

The Product Admin team is responsible for building and overseeing the company’s E-commerce platform and all post-purchase products, features, and functionalities.

Our mission is to provide best-in-class tools to our in-house customers to support the company’s goals and growth. As part of the team, you will own these complex processes end-to-end, including designing and measuring their impact.


What are we looking for?

We are seeking an exceptional Product Manager, a fresh thinker with excellent problem-solving skills to lead our E-commerce platform and post-purchase products. We are looking for a self-motivated professional who can collaborate closely with our Operations team, understand its challenges, and develop new initiatives and innovative solutions to tackle them. 


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of work experience in Product Management (preferably from a Saas/E-commerce company)
  • Experience working with R&D teams, writing requirement documents, and managing product roadmap.
  • Experience with building products based on data analysis and executing data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams in various time zones, English fluency 
  • Work with the operations management on their KPIs and challenges.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce operational processes - a plus. 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, start-up/e-commerce environment with the ability to quickly get up to speed, iterate and take on other projects - a plus.
  • UX/UI skills - a plus.
  • Ability to self-motivate and work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail & organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to get the job done in an efficient and timely manner.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Be part of planning and executing the company's product roadmap.
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
  • Work with the operations management on their KPIs and challenges.
  • Work with the operations teams, learn their processes, and build strong relationships to make an impact.
  • Design products to improve our company’s financial metrics while tackling complex logic.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams: Dev, Data, Design, Operations, and partners.
  • Support and maintain operationally the tools and features.
  • Lead 3rd party integrations for associated tools/platforms used to enable client teams to maximum efficiency.
