The Role

The Content & Technology Educator role will work within a Global IT organization and will assist in and designing and delivering training and the adoption of productivity, collaboration, and communication tools. This individual will partner with team members and key user groups to identify knowledge weaknesses throughout the organization from which a well-defined training and adoption program will be developed and delivered. Must have a strong desire to learn all kinds of subject areas from technical, process or policy. Will not implement the solution but will need to how to use, engage with, teach and position the information to the user community.

Responsibilities Include

  • Help develop, deliver, reinforce, and sustain virtual instructor led training solutions and content. Work with the manager and other departments to design, develop and implement processes and best practices Research relevant topics and assist with the design and development of virtual led and e-learning training content.
  • Help deliver content through various methods: short videos, remote training, in person, and written self-paced learning.
  • Create effective online assessments. Must have the ability to quickly learn technology platforms from an end-user’s perspective.
  • Is willing to become an expert on the functionality of key enterprise applications.
  • Assist in creating a training calendar with current events and activities across the company.
  • Oversee tracking of attendance of training sessions and measure the company wide engagement metrics.
