Director, Channel Strategy & Partnerships

RepTrak is launching a channel strategy for reaching a broader audience of buyers and developing products appropriately as part of our ambitious growth plans. For 15 years we have collaborated with partners including PR agencies in countries where we do not have a physical presence and we would now like to architect a strategic and thoughtful map and execution plan to dramatically expand our reach in the US and across select markets globally.
Leveraging the RepTrak® framework and database, RepTrak wants to sell to and partner with Channel Partners to drive revenue where necessary, or determine if Reptrak can manage this revenue growth in select regions or countries independently. The Director will be responsible for developing the specific business plan for this, based on initial work already conducted and to assess potential partners across functions such as consulting, PR agencies, PE firms and audit firms. They will be responsible for developing the product and pricing model, assisting in closing deals with partners, and helping set up the delivery process to service the partners.
Specific Responsibilities include:
Business Plan: Taking point of departure in the initial work done by Ri the Director will lead the business plan development from idea to action plan. This includes mapping the potential partners from different industries, exploring different revenue models, and identifying the most relevant partners.
Product development: The Director will lead the product development, pricing, and packaging to ensure RepTrak has a compelling product to sell to Channel Partners.
Go to Market: The Director will be responsible for the go to market plan and implementation. This includes leading the sales process with the potential partners, outlining proposals, and closing the deals, and ensuring that the Partner is aware and executing on the new company strategy.
Client Delivery: The Director is responsible for outlining how RepTrak delivers to the partners. This includes building out a plan for how to staff this business line and manage the day to day client delivery.
This position will report to the SVP of Global Account Management and work closely with the SVP and CRO on the most high profile partnerships. It has tremendous opportunity to accelerate the rate of growth of the company which is already in the 20%+ range.
A successful candidate will possess:
- 10+ years of professional experience from commercially oriented roles
- Direct experience with product development and partnership sales
- Experience with SAAS and consulting solutions partnerships
- Strong communication and commercial skills
- Strong project management experience and ability to lead complex projects with multiple work streams
- Management and mentoring skills
- Exemplary relationship building skills
