Repeat makes it easier to buy again from brands you love online. We work with CPG (consumer packaged goods) brands to turn 1st time shoppers into repeat customers. 

We make that possible by creating personalized carts that are specific to what a shopper has purchased in the past and what is due to be reordered soon. Its all about speed and ease for the customer.

The Opportunity:

Repeat is continuing to hire, and we are planning on a big 2022!  However, we don't just want to fill seats.  After recently raising our Series A we are hiring for the win and to create a company full of people that put us at an unfair advantage.  Therefore we need to expand our Recruiting team to support this type of growth. We are looking to hire a Junior to Mid-Level Internal Recruiter who will be responsible for finding renegade talent for our Software Engineering, Customer Success, Product and Marketing teams.  You will be trained by the VP of People and Culture and work with the entire leadership team to excel at your job. You will be one of the faces of recruiting of Repeat and you will be the first point of contact for many new candidates in the hiring process, playing a critical role in identifying great candidates and telling the Repeat story of who we are and what we do.  This is a remote job with a lot of collaboration and communication so outgoing, team players only!

Your Job Will Be:

  • You will be focused on delivering candidates to help fill the open positions in a growing company.
  • You will handle much of the full-life cycle recruitment process 
  • You will work closely with the VP of People and Culture and Hiring Managers to continue to scale Repeat with people that put us at an unfair advantage
  • You will use our ATS (Greenhouse...the best) to track our candidates throughout the full life cycle process
  • Of course, you will prepare job postings, actively source candidates through different methods 
  • You will need to build strong relationships with Hiring Managers and the teams as we believe in collaboration at it's finest
  • Work with the VP of People and Culture to create and build a beautiful employer brand, by speaking about what Repeat does and why we are important in this market
  • Work to build a strong relationship with candidates throughout the hiring process

Experience We Need You to Have:

  • Be super passionate about people and creating and ensuring an AMAZING candidate experience experience
  • Have the confidence to bring your ideas!
  • Previous experience recruiting into the IT/E-Commerce space either Internal or with a Recruiting Company
  • Knowledge in technology recruitment and Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred)
  • Track record in managing high volume recruitment against tight deadlines
  • Proven success in using direct sourcing methods and networking
  • Experience using Social Media tools in a Recruitment context - e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc
  • Ability to build strong, trusting relationships 
  • Organized Multitasker with the ability to prioritize workload effectively and truly thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptable in a fluctuating environment
  • Collaborative, results driven
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
